Be very cautious bringing a German vehicle here. I brought my Mercedes C300 in and was told they had experience with these cars, but the quote I received was over $13,000. They failed to provide a detailed, itemized breakdown and quoted 24 hours of labor plus $6,100 just for phasers. I took the car to a specialist who confirmed the timing chain didn't need to be done and they fixed the actual issue for less than $2,000. In my opinion, the quote from OK Tire was extreme and lacked transparency. I’m glad I got a second opinion.
