I bought new tires at OK this spring. My tire sensor started going off. Turns out I picked up a drywall screw somewhere. Nice surprise, since I bought the tires there, the repair was FREE. WHOO HOO. Fast friendly service.

Hats off to the owner Gord i was just leaving regina heading down the highway to moose jaw when my TPMS went off, my tire pressure rapidly was going down. I had to pull over and I called Gord @ ok Tire Park Street and told him my situation he called me a tow truck. I dropped my tire off on my way back to regina and gords guys fixed it up and got me back on the road now thats true customer service.

They were extremely busy but they made an extra effort to accommodate me. I needed a new battery.

I've spent enough time in dealerships to know what it feels like to be treated like an idiot because I'm a woman. Thankfully that doesn't happen here. The staff are super knowledgeable and I felt like I was being respected instead of talked down to. If something needs to be done, they'll tell you. If it doesn't, they'll tell you that too. I trust their recommendations and their work completely and I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else from now on. Bonus points for the dog.

I came in to have my tires rotated, and the service was excellent. Hailey was great—she got me in right away and made the whole process easy. The next week Cody completed the retorque while we waited, which was quick and convenient. Friendly staff, efficient service, and a great experience overall. Highly recommend! Thanks again!
